Your new role

Sirenna are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work with the Training Manager, to provide high quality training to both new and existing customers and create modern and engaging training content. 

You will be well organised, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Delivering bespoke IT training programmes in a formal (e.g. a classroom) setting.

Working with the Training team to design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises for both internal and external training.

Amending and revising programmes as necessary, to adapt to product changes as well as the changes occurring in the work environment (such as new processes).

Owning all training related orders and responsible for scheduling. 

Maintaining appropriate records of learner levels of partners, customers, and internal staff.

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of internal trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

Monitoring and reviewing the feedback of external trainees to develop new training content and processes to establish a continuously improving training offering.

Skills Required

  • The ability to motivate others.   
  • A professional and engaging approach to teaching.   
  • Experience of eLearning   
  • TAP Accredited 
  • UK Driving License
This is a mobile job and you will be expected to travel extensively throughout the UK. All travel and subsidence expenses will be paid. You will be working from client sites in the UK.
